1. Introduction

SpaceNode ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use GIF Search, Album - GIFFF ("the App").

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to provide and improve our services:

• Identifiers: Device identifiers may be collected for analytics and advertising purposes.
• Usage Data: Anonymous usage statistics such as search queries, feature usage, and app interaction patterns to improve the user experience.
• App Configuration: The App fetches feature settings from Google Firebase Remote Config. This request carries an anonymous app-instance identifier and no personal information. We do not use a crash-reporting SDK.
• Search History: Your GIF search history is stored locally on your device. The text you search for and your device language are sent to our GIF provider, Klipy, to return results.
• Saved GIFs: GIFs saved to your album are stored locally on your device.
• Keyboard Extension: The GIFFF keyboard asks for "Allow Full Access" only so it can download GIFs from Klipy over the network. It does not record or transmit anything you type in other apps.
• Purchase and Subscription Data: In-app purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. Apple sends us server notifications about your subscription status (product, price, currency, storefront country, purchase date and anonymous transaction identifiers), which we store on Google Firebase to manage subscriptions, keep revenue records and respond to Apple's refund review requests. These records are not linked to your name, email or Apple ID.
• Push Notifications: If you allow notifications, a device push token is registered with Apple and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can deliver notifications. The token is not linked to your identity.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide GIF search and browsing functionality
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Fix bugs and technical issues
• Display relevant advertisements
• Develop new features

4. Data Storage and Security

Your saved GIFs and search history stay on your device. The only data held on external servers is the anonymous purchase, analytics and notification data described in Section 2, on Google Firebase. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for:

• Klipy: Our GIF content provider. Your search text and device language are sent to Klipy to provide search results, trending content and stickers
• Google Firebase Analytics: To understand app usage patterns and improve our service
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Remote Config: To deliver push notifications and fetch app configuration
• Google AdMob: To support free app availability and display ads. Where required, AdMob's consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) asks for your ad consent

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data. Some data, such as identifiers and usage data, may be shared with these services and could be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

6. Advertising and Tracking

The App displays advertisements to support free availability. Ad networks may collect identifiers, usage data, and diagnostics that may be used to track you across other apps and websites. You can limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 9+ and is not intended for children under 9. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data stored in the app
• Delete your search history and saved GIFs at any time
• Opt out of personalized advertising through device settings

Purchase records and, where collected, subscription usage records are retained only as long as needed for accounting and refund-review purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
