SpaceNode Co., Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use Invoice Dash — Invoice & Estimate Maker ("the App").
Invoice Dash is designed to run entirely on your device. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not host your business data on our servers.
2. Information We Collect
Invoice, Estimate and Client Data: Everything you enter — invoices, estimates, client details, line items, payment records, your business profile and logo — is stored only on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We have no access to it and it is never uploaded to us.
Photo Library Access: Optional, requested only when you choose a logo or image to place in a document. The selected image stays on your device.
Notifications: If you enable due date reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. No document content leaves the device.
Usage Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as which screens are opened and which features are used) collected through Firebase Analytics to help us improve the App. These reports contain no invoice content, client information, or amounts.
Crash Diagnostics: If the App crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends us a technical report — device model, iOS version, and the state of the code at the moment of the crash — so we can fix the problem.
Advertising Identifier: The free version includes the Google AdMob SDK, but ads are currently not displayed. If we enable ads in a future update, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier as described in Section 5.
Purchase and Subscription Data: Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. Apple sends us server notifications about your subscription status (product, price, currency, storefront country, purchase date and anonymous transaction identifiers), which we store on Google Firebase to manage subscriptions, keep revenue records and respond to Apple's refund review requests. These records are not linked to your name, email or Apple ID.
Subscription Usage Data: If you have an active Pro subscription, we record the days you use the App and the number of documents you send, share or print, linked only to an anonymous subscription identifier (not to your identity, and never to document content). This is used solely to prevent refund abuse and to respond to Apple's refund review requests, and is stored on Google Firebase.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information we receive to:
Provide and operate the App's invoicing features
Improve app performance and user experience
Diagnose crashes and fix technical issues
Show advertising in the free version and manage Pro subscription status
Develop new features
We do not sell your personal information, and we never use your business or client data for advertising.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your invoices, estimates, clients and payment records are stored locally on your device and protected by iOS's built-in file protection. Because this data never reaches our servers, you control it entirely: deleting a document removes it, and deleting the App removes all of it.
This also means we cannot recover your data for you. Please keep your own backups — for example through an encrypted iPhone or iCloud device backup, or by exporting your documents as PDF. The only data held on external servers is the anonymous analytics, crash, purchase and subscription usage data described in Section 2, on Google Firebase, and it is transmitted over encrypted connections.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
Google AdMob (advertising): the free version includes the Google AdMob SDK, but ads are currently not displayed. If we enable ads in a future update, AdMob may collect device information and your advertising identifier, and any personalization will be governed by the consent form (Google UMP) shown in the app, where you can change your choice at any time. A Pro subscription removes ads entirely.
Firebase Analytics (Google): provides the anonymous, aggregated usage statistics described in Section 2.
Firebase Crashlytics (Google): receives crash reports so we can identify and fix stability problems.
Google Firebase (Cloud Functions / Firestore): stores the anonymous subscription and usage records described in Section 2.
Apple (App Store / StoreKit): processes Pro subscription purchases and renewals.
The App is a business tool and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
Because your business data stays on your device, you can view, correct, export as PDF, or delete it at any time directly in the App.
Depending on your region (including the EU/UK GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA), you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If ads are enabled in a future update, you can change your advertising consent at any time through the consent form in the app, and a Pro subscription removes advertising entirely. Subscription usage records are retained only as long as needed for refund-review purposes. Contact us to exercise any of these rights. We do not sell your personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Zugriff auf die Fotomediathek: Optional, nur angefordert, wenn Sie ein Logo oder Bild für ein Dokument auswählen. Das gewählte Bild bleibt auf Ihrem Gerät.

Abonnement-Nutzungsdaten: Bei aktivem Pro-Abonnement erfassen wir, an welchen Tagen Sie die App nutzen und wie viele Dokumente Sie senden, teilen oder drucken — verknüpft nur mit einer anonymen Abonnement-Kennung (nicht mit Ihrer Identität und nie mit Dokumentinhalten). Diese Daten dienen ausschließlich der Verhinderung von Erstattungsmissbrauch und der Beantwortung von Apples Erstattungsprüfungen und werden auf Google Firebase gespeichert.
3. Wie wir Ihre Informationen verwenden
Wir verwenden die wenigen Informationen, die wir erhalten, um:

4. Datenspeicherung und Sicherheit
Ihre Rechnungen, Kostenvoranschläge, Kunden und Zahlungseinträge werden lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert und durch den in iOS integrierten Dateischutz geschützt. Da diese Daten unsere Server nie erreichen, kontrollieren Sie sie vollständig: Das Löschen eines Dokuments entfernt es, und das Löschen der App entfernt alles.
Das bedeutet auch, dass wir Ihre Daten nicht für Sie wiederherstellen können. Bitte legen Sie eigene Sicherungen an — etwa über ein verschlüsseltes iPhone- oder iCloud-Backup oder durch den Export Ihrer Dokumente als PDF. Die einzigen Daten auf externen Servern sind die in Abschnitt 2 beschriebenen anonymen Analyse-, Absturz-, Kauf- und Abonnement-Nutzungsdaten auf Google Firebase; sie werden über verschlüsselte Verbindungen übertragen.

Firebase Crashlytics (Google): empfängt Absturzberichte, damit wir Stabilitätsprobleme erkennen und beheben können.
Google Firebase (Cloud Functions / Firestore): speichert die in Abschnitt 2 beschriebenen anonymen Abonnement- und Nutzungsdatensätze.
Apple (App Store / StoreKit): wickelt Käufe und Verlängerungen des Pro-Abonnements ab.

2. Informatie die wij verzamelen

Wij hebben er geen toegang toe en het wordt nooit naar ons verzonden.
Toegang tot fotobibliotheek: Optioneel, alleen gevraagd wanneer u een logo of afbeelding voor een document kiest. De gekozen afbeelding blijft op uw apparaat.
Meldingen: Als u vervaldatumherinneringen inschakelt, worden deze lokaal op uw apparaat ingepland. Er verlaat geen documentinhoud het apparaat.
Gebruiksanalyses: Anonieme, geaggregeerde gebruiksstatistieken (zoals welke schermen worden geopend en welke functies worden gebruikt), verzameld via Firebase Analytics om de App te verbeteren. Deze rapporten bevatten geen factuurinhoud, klantgegevens of bedragen.
Crashdiagnostiek: Als de App crasht, stuurt Firebase Crashlytics ons een technisch rapport — apparaatmodel, iOS-versie en de staat van de code op het moment van de crash — zodat wij het probleem kunnen oplossen.
Advertentie-identificatie: De gratis versie bevat de Google AdMob SDK, maar advertenties worden momenteel niet getoond. Als wij advertenties in een toekomstige update inschakelen, kan AdMob toegang krijgen tot de advertentie-identificatie van uw apparaat zoals beschreven in sectie 5.
Aankoop- en abonnementsgegevens: Pro-abonnementen worden door Apple verwerkt; uw betaalgegevens zien wij nooit. Abonnementsgebruiksgegevens: Bij een actief Pro-abonnement registreren we op welke dagen u de App gebruikt en hoeveel documenten u verzendt, deelt of afdrukt, uitsluitend gekoppeld aan een anonieme abonnements-ID (niet aan uw identiteit en nooit aan documentinhoud). Deze gegevens worden alleen gebruikt om misbruik van terugbetalingen te voorkomen en te reageren op terugbetalingsbeoordelingen van Apple, en worden opgeslagen op Google Firebase.
3. Hoe wij uw informatie gebruiken
Wij gebruiken de beperkte informatie die wij ontvangen om:
De factureringsfuncties van de App te leveren en te laten werken
App-prestaties en gebruikerservaring te verbeteren
Crashes te diagnosticeren en technische problemen op te lossen
Advertenties in de gratis versie te tonen en de Pro-abonnementsstatus te beheren
Nieuwe functies te ontwikkelen
Wij verkopen uw persoonsgegevens niet en gebruiken uw bedrijfs- of klantgegevens nooit voor advertenties.
4. Gegevensopslag en beveiliging
Uw facturen, offertes, klanten en betalingsregistraties worden lokaal op uw apparaat opgeslagen en beschermd door de ingebouwde bestandsbeveiliging van iOS. Omdat deze gegevens onze servers nooit bereiken, heeft u er volledige controle over: een document verwijderen wist het, en de App verwijderen wist alles.
Dit betekent ook dat wij uw gegevens niet voor u kunnen herstellen. Maak daarom uw eigen back-ups — bijvoorbeeld via een versleutelde iPhone- of iCloud-back-up, of door uw documenten als PDF te exporteren. De enige gegevens op externe servers zijn de in sectie 2 beschreven anonieme analyse-, crash-, aankoop- en abonnementsgebruiksgegevens op Google Firebase; deze worden via versleutelde verbindingen verzonden.
5. Diensten van derden
De App maakt gebruik van de volgende diensten van derden:
Google AdMob (advertenties): de gratis versie bevat de Google AdMob SDK, maar advertenties worden momenteel niet getoond. Als wij advertenties in een toekomstige update inschakelen, kan AdMob apparaatgegevens en uw advertentie-identificatie verzamelen; eventuele personalisatie wordt dan geregeld door het toestemmingsformulier (Google UMP) dat in de App wordt getoond, waar u uw keuze altijd kunt wijzigen. Firebase Crashlytics (Google): ontvangt crashrapporten zodat wij stabiliteitsproblemen kunnen opsporen en oplossen.
Google Firebase (Cloud Functions / Firestore): slaat de in sectie 2 beschreven anonieme abonnements- en gebruiksgegevens op.
Apple (App Store / StoreKit): verwerkt aankopen en verlengingen van het Pro-abonnement.
De App is een zakelijk hulpmiddel en is niet bedoeld voor kinderen onder de 13 jaar. Wij verzamelen niet bewust persoonsgegevens van kinderen onder de 13. Als u denkt dat een kind ons persoonsgegevens heeft verstrekt, neem dan contact met ons op, dan verwijderen wij deze.
7. Uw rechten
Omdat uw bedrijfsgegevens op uw apparaat blijven, kunt u ze op elk moment rechtstreeks in de App bekijken, corrigeren, als PDF exporteren of verwijderen.
Afhankelijk van uw regio (waaronder de AVG in de EU/VK en de CCPA/CPRA in Californië) heeft u mogelijk ook het recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering of overdracht van persoonsgegevens die wij bewaren, om bezwaar te maken tegen verwerking, uw toestemming in te trekken en een klacht in te dienen bij een toezichthoudende autoriteit. Als advertenties in een toekomstige update worden ingeschakeld, kunt u uw advertentietoestemming altijd wijzigen via het toestemmingsformulier in de App, en een Pro-abonnement verwijdert advertenties volledig. Abonnementsgebruiksgegevens worden slechts bewaard zolang nodig voor terugbetalingsbeoordelingen. Neem contact met ons op om deze rechten uit te oefenen. Wij verkopen uw persoonsgegevens niet.
8. Wijzigingen in dit beleid

1. Introduction
SpaceNode Co., Ltd. (« nous », « notre » ou « nos ») s'engage à protéger votre vie privée. La présente Politique de confidentialité explique comment nous collectons, utilisons et protégeons vos informations lorsque vous utilisez Invoice Dash — Factures & Devis (« l'Application »).
Invoice Dash est conçue pour fonctionner entièrement sur votre appareil. Nous n'utilisons pas de comptes utilisateurs et n'hébergeons pas vos données professionnelles sur nos serveurs.
2. Informations que nous collectons
Données de factures, devis et clients : Tout ce que vous saisissez — factures, devis, coordonnées clients, lignes de prestation, règlements enregistrés, profil d'entreprise et logo — est stocké uniquement sur votre appareil via le framework SwiftData d'Apple. Nous n'y avons pas accès et ces données ne nous sont jamais transmises.
Accès à la photothèque : Facultatif, demandé uniquement lorsque vous choisissez un logo ou une image à insérer dans un document. L'image sélectionnée reste sur votre appareil.
Notifications : Si vous activez les rappels d'échéance, ceux-ci sont programmés localement sur votre appareil. Aucun contenu de document ne quitte l'appareil.
Statistiques d'utilisation : Statistiques anonymes et agrégées (écrans ouverts, fonctionnalités utilisées) collectées via Firebase Analytics afin d'améliorer l'Application. Ces rapports ne contiennent aucun contenu de facture, information client ni montant.
Diagnostics de plantage : En cas de plantage, Firebase Crashlytics nous envoie un rapport technique — modèle d'appareil, version d'iOS et état du code au moment du plantage — afin que nous puissions corriger le problème.
Identifiant publicitaire : La version gratuite intègre le SDK Google AdMob, mais aucune annonce n'est actuellement affichée. Si nous activons la publicité dans une future mise à jour, AdMob pourra accéder à l'identifiant publicitaire de votre appareil comme décrit à la section 5.
Données d'achat et d'abonnement : Les abonnements Pro sont traités par Apple ; nous ne voyons jamais vos informations de paiement. 4. Stockage et sécurité des données
Vos factures, devis, clients et règlements sont stockés localement sur votre appareil et protégés par la protection des fichiers intégrée à iOS. Comme ces données n'atteignent jamais nos serveurs, vous en gardez le contrôle total : supprimer un document l'efface, et supprimer l'Application efface l'ensemble.
Cela signifie aussi que nous ne pouvons pas récupérer vos données à votre place. Conservez vos propres sauvegardes — par exemple via une sauvegarde chiffrée de l'iPhone ou d'iCloud, ou en exportant vos documents en PDF. Les seules données conservées sur des serveurs externes sont les données anonymes d'analyse, de plantage, d'achat et d'utilisation de l'abonnement décrites à la section 2, sur Google Firebase ; elles transitent par des connexions chiffrées.
5. Services tiers
L'Application utilise les services tiers suivants :
Google AdMob (publicité) : la version gratuite intègre le SDK Google AdMob, mais aucune annonce n'est actuellement affichée. Si nous activons la publicité dans une future mise à jour, AdMob pourra collecter des informations sur l'appareil ainsi que votre identifiant publicitaire ; toute personnalisation sera alors régie par le formulaire de consentement (Google UMP) affiché dans l'Application, où vous pourrez modifier votre choix à tout moment. 6. Confidentialité des enfants
L'Application est un outil professionnel et n'est pas destinée aux enfants de moins de 13 ans. Nous ne collectons pas sciemment de données personnelles auprès d'enfants de moins de 13 ans. Si vous pensez qu'un enfant nous a communiqué des données personnelles, contactez-nous et nous les supprimerons.
7. Vos droits
Comme vos données professionnelles restent sur votre appareil, vous pouvez les consulter, les corriger, les exporter en PDF ou les supprimer à tout moment directement dans l'Application.
Selon votre région (notamment le RGPD de l'UE/du Royaume-Uni et le CCPA/CPRA californien), vous pouvez également disposer du droit d'accéder aux données personnelles que nous détenons, de les rectifier, de les supprimer ou de les exporter, de vous opposer au traitement, de retirer votre consentement et d'introduire une réclamation auprès d'une autorité de contrôle. Si la publicité est activée dans une future mise à jour, vous pourrez modifier votre consentement publicitaire à tout moment via le formulaire de consentement de l'Application, et un abonnement Pro supprime totalement la publicité. Les données d'utilisation d'abonnement ne sont conservées que le temps nécessaire à l'examen des remboursements. Contactez-nous pour exercer ces droits. Nous ne vendons pas vos données personnelles.

購入およびサブスクリプションデータ: Pro サブスクリプションは Apple が処理し、当社がお客様の支払い情報を見ることはありません。Apple はサブスクリプションの状態に関するサーバー通知（商品、価格、通貨、ストアフロントの国、購入日、匿名の取引識別子）を当社に送信し、当社はこれを Google Firebase に保存して、サブスクリプションの管理、収益記録の保持、および Apple の返金審査への回答に利用します。これらの記録はお客様の氏名、メールアドレス、Apple ID とは紐付けられません。
サブスクリプション利用データ: Pro サブスクリプションが有効な場合、本アプリを利用した日と、送信・共有・印刷した書類の件数を、匿名のサブスクリプション識別子（お客様の身元や書類の内容とは紐付きません）に関連付けて記録します。この情報は返金の不正利用防止および Apple の返金審査への回答のみに使用され、Google Firebase に保存されます。
これは同時に、当社がお客様のデータを復元できないことも意味します。暗号化された iPhone または iCloud のバックアップを利用する、書類を PDF として書き出すなど、必ずご自身でバックアップを保管してください。外部サーバーに保持されるのは、第2条に記載の匿名の分析データ、クラッシュデータ、購入データおよびサブスクリプション利用データ（Google Firebase 上）のみであり、これらは暗号化された通信で送信されます。
5. 第三者サービス
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。
Google AdMob（広告）: 無料版には Google AdMob SDK が組み込まれていますが、現在広告は表示されていません。将来のアップデートで広告を有効にした場合、AdMob が端末情報および広告識別子を収集することがあり、広告のパーソナライズはアプリ内に表示される同意フォーム（Google UMP）に基づいて行われます。この同意はアプリ内の同意フォームからいつでも変更できます。Pro サブスクリプションに登録すると広告は完全に非表示になります。
스페이스노드 주식회사(SpaceNode Co., Ltd., 이하 "당사")는 이용자의 개인정보 보호를 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 이용자가 Invoice Dash — 인보이스·견적서 작성(이하 "본 앱")을 사용할 때 당사가 정보를 어떻게 수집, 이용, 보호하는지 설명합니다.
본 앱은 모든 처리가 이용자의 기기 안에서 이루어지도록 설계되었습니다. 당사는 계정을 운영하지 않으며, 이용자의 업무 데이터를 당사 서버에 보관하지 않습니다.
2. 수집하는 정보
인보이스·견적서·고객 데이터: 이용자가 입력한 모든 내용(인보이스, 견적서, 고객 정보, 품목, 결제 기록, 사업자 프로필 및 로고)은 Apple의 SwiftData를 통해 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 당사는 이에 접근할 수 없으며, 당사로 전송되지도 않습니다.
사진 라이브러리 접근: 선택 사항이며, 문서에 넣을 로고나 이미지를 고를 때만 권한을 요청합니다. 선택한 이미지는 기기 내에 유지됩니다.
알림: 만기 리마인더를 켜면 알림은 기기 내에서 로컬로 예약됩니다. 문서 내용이 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다.
이용 통계: 어떤 화면을 열고 어떤 기능을 사용했는지와 같은 익명·집계 통계를 Firebase Analytics를 통해 수집하여 앱 개선에 활용합니다. 이 데이터에는 인보이스 내용, 고객 정보, 금액이 포함되지 않습니다.
충돌(크래시) 진단: 앱이 비정상 종료되면 Firebase Crashlytics가 기기 모델, iOS 버전, 충돌 시점의 코드 상태 등 기술적인 보고서를 당사로 전송하여 문제 해결에 사용됩니다.
광고 식별자: 무료 버전에는 Google AdMob SDK가 포함되어 있으나 현재 광고는 표시되지 않습니다. 향후 업데이트에서 광고를 활성화할 경우, 제5조에 설명된 바와 같이 AdMob이 기기의 광고 식별자에 접근할 수 있습니다.
구매 및 구독 데이터: Pro 구독은 Apple이 처리하며, 당사는 이용자의 결제 정보를 확인할 수 없습니다. Apple은 구독 상태에 관한 서버 알림(상품, 가격, 통화, 스토어 국가, 구매일, 익명의 거래 식별자)을 당사에 전송하며, 당사는 이를 Google Firebase에 저장하여 구독 관리, 매출 기록 보관 및 Apple 환불 심사 대응에 이용합니다. 이 기록은 이용자의 이름, 이메일 또는 Apple ID와 연결되지 않습니다.
구독 사용 데이터: Pro 구독이 활성 상태인 경우, 앱을 사용한 날짜와 문서를 보내기·공유·인쇄한 횟수를 익명의 구독 식별자(이용자의 신원이나 문서 내용과 연결되지 않음)에 연결해 기록합니다. 이 정보는 환불 남용 방지 및 Apple 환불 심사 대응 목적으로만 사용되며 Google Firebase에 저장됩니다.

당사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 이용자의 업무 데이터나 고객 데이터를 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 데이터 보관 및 보안
이용자의 인보이스, 견적서, 고객, 결제 기록은 기기 내에 로컬로 저장되며 iOS의 파일 보호 기능으로 보호됩니다. 이 데이터는 당사 서버에 전달되지 않으므로 이용자가 전적으로 통제할 수 있습니다. 문서를 삭제하면 해당 문서가 사라지고, 앱을 삭제하면 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
이는 동시에 당사가 이용자의 데이터를 복구해 드릴 수 없다는 뜻이기도 합니다. 암호화된 iPhone 또는 iCloud 백업을 사용하거나 문서를 PDF로 내보내는 등 반드시 직접 백업을 보관해 주시기 바랍니다. 외부 서버에 보관되는 데이터는 제2조에 설명된 익명의 분석·충돌·구매·구독 사용 데이터(Google Firebase)뿐이며, 이 데이터는 암호화된 연결을 통해 전송됩니다.
5. 제3자 서비스
본 앱은 다음의 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다.
Google AdMob(광고): 무료 버전에는 Google AdMob SDK가 포함되어 있으나 현재 광고는 표시되지 않습니다. 향후 업데이트에서 광고를 활성화할 경우 AdMob이 기기 정보와 광고 식별자를 수집할 수 있으며, 광고 맞춤화 여부는 앱 내에 표시되는 동의 양식(Google UMP)에 따라 결정됩니다. 이 동의는 앱 내 동의 양식에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다. Pro 구독 시 광고는 완전히 제거됩니다.

Firebase Crashlytics(Google): 충돌 보고서를 수신하여 안정성 문제를 파악하고 수정하는 데 사용됩니다.
Google Firebase(Cloud Functions / Firestore): 제2조에 설명된 익명의 구독 및 사용 기록을 저장합니다.
Apple(App Store / StoreKit): Pro 구독의 결제 및 갱신을 처리합니다.
본 앱은 업무용 도구로서 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 당사는 만 13세 미만 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 당사에 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단되는 경우 연락해 주시면 즉시 삭제하겠습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
업무 데이터가 기기 내에 보관되므로, 이용자는 본 앱에서 언제든지 데이터를 확인, 수정, PDF로 내보내기, 삭제할 수 있습니다.
거주 지역(EU/영국 GDPR, 캘리포니아 CCPA/CPRA 포함)에 따라 당사가 보유한 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 이전을 요구할 권리, 처리에 이의를 제기할 권리, 동의를 철회할 권리, 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 권리를 가질 수 있습니다. 향후 업데이트에서 광고가 활성화될 경우 광고 관련 동의는 앱 내 동의 양식에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있으며, Pro 구독 시 광고가 완전히 제거됩니다. 구독 사용 기록은 환불 심사 대응에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관됩니다. 권리 행사를 원하시면 당사로 연락해 주십시오. 당사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
