The App requires access to your photo library to provide its core image editing functionality. This access is used solely for loading and saving images within the App.
The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Blurri Pro, available as weekly, monthly and yearly plans. The price is shown in the App Store at the time of purchase and is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. To support fair refund review, we may provide Apple with information about your purchase and refund history for this app, as described in our Privacy Policy. Refund decisions are made solely by Apple.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SpaceNode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
SpaceNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch zum gleichen Preis um den gleichen Zeitraum, sofern es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des laufenden Zeitraums gekündigt wird. Sie können Ihr Abonnement jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen > [Ihr Name] > Abonnements verwalten oder kündigen. Das Löschen der App kündigt Ihr Abonnement nicht.
