SpaceNode ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use QR Code Scanner & Barcode Reader ("the App").
2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information to provide and improve our services:
Camera Access: Required to scan QR codes and barcodes. Images are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
Photo Library Access: Optional, used only when you choose to scan from saved images.
Scan History: Stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
Usage Analytics and Crash Reports: Anonymous usage statistics collected by Google Firebase Analytics to improve app performance, and crash reports collected by Google Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose and fix errors.
Subscription Usage Data: If you have an active subscription, we record the days you use the App and the number of scans performed, linked only to an anonymous subscription identifier (not to your identity). This is used solely to prevent refund abuse and to respond to Apple's refund review requests, and is stored on Google Firebase.
Contacts, Calendar & Location Access: Requested only when a feature needs them — saving a scanned contact card uses Contacts, adding a scanned event uses Calendar, and joining a scanned Wi-Fi network may require Location (an iOS requirement). All of this is processed on your device and never transmitted to us.
Barcode Lookup: When you look up product information, only the scanned barcode number is sent to the Open Food Facts (world.openfoodfacts.org) or Open Products Facts (world.openproductsfacts.org) database to retrieve product details.
Purchase and Subscription Data: In-app purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. Apple sends us server notifications about your subscription status (product, price, currency, storefront country, purchase date and anonymous transaction identifiers), which we store on Google Firebase to manage subscriptions, keep revenue records and respond to Apple's refund review requests. These records are not linked to your name, email or Apple ID.
Push Notifications: If you allow notifications, a device push token is registered with Apple and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can deliver notifications. The token is not linked to your identity.
Apple Search Ads Attribution: On first launch, the App reads an Apple attribution token once to determine whether the install came from an Apple Search Ads campaign, and records that campaign in our analytics. No personal data is involved.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
Provide core scanning functionality
Improve app performance and user experience
Fix bugs and technical issues
Develop new features
4. Data Storage and Security
Your scan history and created QR codes stay on your device. The only data held on external servers is the anonymous purchase, analytics, crash and notification data described in Section 2, on Google Firebase. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services for:
Google Firebase Analytics (to understand app usage patterns)
Google Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications)
Google AdMob with the Google consent form (UMP) (advertising, to support free app availability)
Product information lookup (Open Food Facts, Open Products Facts)
Apple Search Ads attribution (install campaign measurement)
These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
Advertising: The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Whether ads are personalized is governed by the Google consent form (User Messaging Platform) shown in the App: if you consent, the advertising identifier may be used for more relevant ads; if you do not, you see non-personalized ads. The App does not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. In regions where the consent form is shown, you can change your choice anytime under Privacy Options in the App's Settings. A Pro subscription removes ads entirely.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access your data stored in the app
Delete your scan history at any time
Depending on your region (including the EU/UK GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA), you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — contact us to exercise these rights. Purchase records and subscription usage records are retained only as long as needed for accounting and refund-review purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

SpaceNode ("wij", "ons" of "onze") zet zich in voor de bescherming van uw privacy. Dit Privacybeleid legt uit hoe wij uw informatie verzamelen, gebruiken en beschermen wanneer u QR Code Scanner & Barcode Reader ("de App") gebruikt.
2. Informatie die wij verzamelen
Wij verzamelen minimale informatie om onze diensten te leveren en te verbeteren:
Cameratoegang: Vereist om QR-codes en barcodes te scannen. Afbeeldingen worden lokaal op uw apparaat verwerkt en worden niet naar onze servers verzonden.
Fotobibliotheektoegang: Optioneel, alleen gebruikt wanneer u ervoor kiest om van opgeslagen afbeeldingen te scannen.
Scangeschiedenis: Lokaal opgeslagen op uw apparaat. Wij hebben geen toegang tot deze gegevens.
Gebruiksanalyses en crashrapporten: Anonieme gebruiksstatistieken die door Google Firebase Analytics worden verzameld om de app-prestaties te verbeteren, en crashrapporten die door Google Firebase Crashlytics worden verzameld om fouten op te sporen en te verhelpen.
Abonnementsgebruiksgegevens: Bij een actief abonnement registreren we op welke dagen u de app gebruikt en hoeveel scans u uitvoert, uitsluitend gekoppeld aan een anonieme abonnements-ID (niet aan uw identiteit). Deze gegevens worden alleen gebruikt om misbruik van terugbetalingen te voorkomen en te reageren op terugbetalingsbeoordelingen van Apple, en worden opgeslagen op Google Firebase.
Contacten, agenda & locatie: Alleen gevraagd wanneer een functie ze nodig heeft — een gescand contact opslaan gebruikt Contacten, een gescande afspraak de Agenda, en verbinden met een gescand wifi-netwerk kan Locatie vereisen (iOS-vereiste). Alles wordt op uw apparaat verwerkt en nooit naar ons verzonden.
Barcode-opzoeking: Bij het opzoeken van productinformatie wordt alleen het gescande barcodenummer naar de database van Open Food Facts (world.openfoodfacts.org) of Open Products Facts (world.openproductsfacts.org) gestuurd.
Aankoop- en abonnementsgegevens: In-app-aankopen worden door Apple verwerkt; wij zien uw betaalgegevens nooit. Apple stuurt ons servermeldingen over uw abonnementsstatus (product, prijs, valuta, storefront-land, aankoopdatum en anonieme transactie-ID's), die wij opslaan op Google Firebase om abonnementen te beheren, omzetregistraties bij te houden en te reageren op terugbetalingsbeoordelingen van Apple. Deze gegevens zijn niet gekoppeld aan uw naam, e-mailadres of Apple ID.
Pushmeldingen: Als u meldingen toestaat, wordt een push-token van uw apparaat geregistreerd bij Apple en Google Firebase Cloud Messaging zodat wij meldingen kunnen bezorgen. Het token is niet gekoppeld aan uw identiteit.
Apple Search Ads-attributie: Bij de eerste start leest de app eenmalig een Apple-attributietoken uit om te bepalen of de installatie afkomstig is van een Apple Search Ads-campagne, en registreert die campagne in onze analyses. Hierbij worden geen persoonsgegevens verwerkt.
3. Hoe wij uw informatie gebruiken
Wij gebruiken de verzamelde informatie om:
Kernfunctionaliteit voor scannen te bieden
App-prestaties en gebruikerservaring te verbeteren
Bugs en technische problemen op te lossen

4. Gegevensopslag en beveiliging
Uw scangeschiedenis en gemaakte QR-codes blijven op uw apparaat. De enige gegevens op externe servers zijn de in Sectie 2 beschreven anonieme aankoop-, analyse-, crash- en meldingsgegevens, op Google Firebase. Wij implementeren passende beveiligingsmaatregelen ter bescherming tegen ongeautoriseerde toegang.

De App kan diensten van derden gebruiken voor:
Google Firebase Analytics (om app-gebruikspatronen te begrijpen)
Google Firebase Crashlytics (crashrapportage)
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (pushmeldingen)
Google AdMob met het Google-toestemmingsformulier (UMP) (advertenties, om gratis app-beschikbaarheid te ondersteunen)
Productinformatie opzoeken (Open Food Facts, Open Products Facts)
Apple Search Ads-attributie (meting van de installatiecampagne)
Deze diensten hebben hun eigen privacybeleid dat hun gebruik van uw gegevens regelt.
Advertenties: De gratis versie toont advertenties via Google AdMob. Of advertenties gepersonaliseerd zijn, wordt bepaald door het Google-toestemmingsformulier (User Messaging Platform) dat in de app wordt getoond: als u toestemming geeft, kan de advertentie-ID worden gebruikt voor relevantere advertenties; zo niet, dan ziet u niet-gepersonaliseerde advertenties. De app toont geen App Tracking Transparency-prompt van Apple. In regio's waar het toestemmingsformulier wordt getoond, kunt u uw keuze altijd wijzigen via „Privacyopties” in de instellingen van de app. Een Pro-abonnement verwijdert alle advertenties.
6. Privacy van kinderen
De App is niet bedoeld voor kinderen onder de 13 jaar. Wij verzamelen niet bewust persoonlijke informatie van kinderen onder de 13 jaar.
7. Uw rechten
U heeft het recht om:
Toegang te krijgen tot uw gegevens opgeslagen in de app
Uw scangeschiedenis op elk moment te verwijderen
Afhankelijk van uw regio (waaronder de EU/VK-AVG en de Californische CCPA/CPRA) heeft u mogelijk ook het recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering of overdracht van persoonsgegevens, bezwaar tegen verwerking en het indienen van een klacht bij een toezichthouder — neem contact met ons op om deze rechten uit te oefenen. Aankoopgegevens en abonnementsgebruiksgegevens worden slechts bewaard zolang nodig voor boekhouding en terugbetalingsbeoordelingen. Wij verkopen uw gegevens niet.

SpaceNode ("nous", "notre" ou "nos") s'engage à protéger votre vie privée. Cette Politique de Confidentialité explique comment nous collectons, utilisons et protégeons vos informations lorsque vous utilisez QR Code Scanner & Barcode Reader ("l'Application").
2. Informations que nous collectons
Nous collectons un minimum d'informations pour fournir et améliorer nos services :
Accès à la caméra : Requis pour scanner les codes QR et les codes-barres. Les images sont traitées localement sur votre appareil et ne sont pas transmises à nos serveurs.
Accès à la photothèque : Optionnel, utilisé uniquement lorsque vous choisissez de scanner à partir d'images enregistrées.
Historique des scans : Stocké localement sur votre appareil. Nous n'avons pas accès à ces données.
Analyses d'utilisation et rapports de plantage : Statistiques d'utilisation anonymes collectées par Google Firebase Analytics pour améliorer les performances de l'application, et rapports de plantage collectés par Google Firebase Crashlytics pour diagnostiquer et corriger les erreurs.
Données d'utilisation de l'abonnement : Si vous avez un abonnement actif, nous enregistrons les jours d'utilisation de l'application et le nombre de scans effectués, liés uniquement à un identifiant d'abonnement anonyme (et non à votre identité). Ces données servent uniquement à prévenir les abus de remboursement et à répondre aux demandes d'examen de remboursement d'Apple, et sont stockées sur Google Firebase.
Contacts, calendrier et localisation : Demandés uniquement lorsqu'une fonctionnalité en a besoin — enregistrer un contact scanné utilise les Contacts, un événement scanné le Calendrier, et rejoindre un Wi-Fi scanné peut nécessiter la Localisation (exigence iOS). Tout est traité sur votre appareil et jamais transmis à nous.
Recherche de code-barres : Lors de la recherche de produit, seul le numéro du code-barres scanné est envoyé à la base de données Open Food Facts (world.openfoodfacts.org) ou Open Products Facts (world.openproductsfacts.org).
Données d'achat et d'abonnement : Les achats intégrés sont traités par Apple ; nous ne voyons jamais vos informations de paiement. Apple nous envoie des notifications serveur sur l'état de votre abonnement (produit, prix, devise, pays de la boutique, date d'achat et identifiants de transaction anonymes), que nous stockons sur Google Firebase pour gérer les abonnements, tenir nos registres de revenus et répondre aux demandes d'examen de remboursement d'Apple. Ces enregistrements ne sont pas liés à votre nom, votre e-mail ni votre identifiant Apple.
Notifications push : Si vous autorisez les notifications, un jeton push de l'appareil est enregistré auprès d'Apple et de Google Firebase Cloud Messaging afin que nous puissions vous envoyer des notifications. Ce jeton n'est pas lié à votre identité.
Attribution Apple Search Ads : Au premier lancement, l'application lit une seule fois un jeton d'attribution Apple pour déterminer si l'installation provient d'une campagne Apple Search Ads, et enregistre cette campagne dans nos analyses. Aucune donnée personnelle n'est concernée.
3. Comment nous utilisons vos informations
Nous utilisons les informations collectées pour :

4. Stockage et sécurité des données
Votre historique de scans et les codes QR créés restent sur votre appareil. Les seules données conservées sur des serveurs externes sont les données anonymes d'achat, d'analyse, de plantage et de notification décrites à la section 2, sur Google Firebase. Nous mettons en œuvre des mesures de sécurité appropriées pour protéger contre les accès non autorisés.

Publicité : La version gratuite affiche des publicités via Google AdMob. La personnalisation des publicités est régie par le formulaire de consentement Google (User Messaging Platform) affiché dans l'application : si vous y consentez, l'identifiant publicitaire peut servir à des publicités plus pertinentes ; sinon, vous voyez des publicités non personnalisées. L'application n'affiche pas l'invite App Tracking Transparency d'Apple. L'abonnement Pro supprime toutes les publicités.
6. Confidentialité des enfants
L'Application n'est pas destinée aux enfants de moins de 13 ans. Nous ne collectons pas sciemment d'informations personnelles auprès d'enfants de moins de 13 ans.

Selon votre région (y compris le RGPD UE/RU et le CCPA/CPRA californien), vous pouvez également avoir le droit d'accéder à vos données, de les corriger, supprimer ou exporter, de vous opposer au traitement et de déposer une plainte auprès d'une autorité de contrôle — contactez-nous pour exercer ces droits. Les enregistrements d'achat et les données d'utilisation d'abonnement ne sont conservés que le temps nécessaire à la comptabilité et à l'examen des remboursements. Nous ne vendons pas vos données personnelles.
