The App offers optional subscription-based premium features including ad removal and Pro features. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store (on iOS) or Google Play Store (on Android) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refund requests:
To support fair refund review, we may provide Apple with information on whether the subscription was actually used during the billing period (usage days, feature usage counts) and prior refund history, as described in our Privacy Policy. Refund decisions are made solely by Apple.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SpaceNode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Scanned content: QR codes and barcodes are created by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, safety, or legality of websites, files, or networks that scanned codes link to — review the preview before opening anything. Product information comes from the community-run Open Food Facts database; we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness, and it must not be relied upon for allergy, dietary, or medical decisions.
SpaceNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play; Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them. Your use must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Google Play Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Erstattungsanfragen:
Zur Unterstützung einer fairen Erstattungsprüfung können wir Apple Informationen darüber bereitstellen, ob das Abonnement im Abrechnungszeitraum tatsächlich genutzt wurde (Nutzungstage, Funktionsnutzung) sowie über frühere Erstattungen, wie in unserer Datenschutzrichtlinie beschrieben. Über Erstattungen entscheidet ausschließlich Apple.
Automatische Verlängerung: Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des aktuellen Zeitraums gekündigt werden; die Verlängerung wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ablauf über Ihr Apple-ID-Konto abgerechnet. Eine Kündigung stoppt künftige Verlängerungen, erstattet aber nicht den laufenden Zeitraum.
Die App und ihre ursprünglichen Inhalte, Funktionen und Funktionalitäten sind Eigentum von SpaceNode und durch internationale Urheberrechts-, Marken- und andere Gesetze zum Schutz geistigen Eigentums geschützt.

Produktinformationen stammen aus der Community-Datenbank Open Food Facts; wir garantieren weder Richtigkeit noch Vollständigkeit, und sie dürfen nicht als Grundlage für Allergie-, Ernährungs- oder medizinische Entscheidungen dienen.
SpaceNode haftet nicht für indirekte, zufällige, besondere, Folge- oder Strafschäden, die sich aus Ihrer Nutzung oder Unfähigkeit zur Nutzung der App ergeben.
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Republik Korea, unbeschadet zwingender Verbraucherschutzvorschriften Ihres Wohnsitzlandes. Die App wird über den Apple App Store und Google Play vertrieben; Apple ist für die App und ihre Inhalte nicht verantwortlich und ist Drittbegünstigter dieser Bedingungen mit dem Recht, sie durchzusetzen. Ihre Nutzung muss auch den Apple-Mediendienste-Bedingungen und den Google-Play-Nutzungsbedingungen entsprechen.
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der App nach Änderungen gilt als Annahme der neuen Bedingungen.

De App biedt optionele abonnement-gebaseerde premiumfuncties aan, waaronder advertentieverwijdering en Pro-functies. Aankopen worden verwerkt via de Apple App Store (op iOS) of de Google Play Store (op Android) en zijn onderworpen aan hun respectievelijke voorwaarden. U kunt uw abonnement op elk moment beheren of opzeggen in de instellingen van uw App Store- of Google Play-account.
Terugbetalingsverzoeken:
Ter ondersteuning van een eerlijke terugbetalingsbeoordeling kunnen we Apple informatie verstrekken over het daadwerkelijke gebruik van het abonnement tijdens de factureringsperiode (gebruiksdagen, functiegebruik) en eerdere terugbetalingen, zoals beschreven in ons Privacybeleid. Terugbetalingsbeslissingen worden uitsluitend door Apple genomen.
Automatische verlenging: Abonnementen verlengen automatisch tenzij ze ten minste 24 uur vóór het einde van de huidige periode worden opgezegd; de verlenging wordt binnen 24 uur vóór het einde van de periode in rekening gebracht op uw Apple ID-account. Opzeggen stopt toekomstige verlengingen maar geeft geen restitutie voor de lopende periode.
De App en de originele inhoud, functies en functionaliteit zijn eigendom van SpaceNode en worden beschermd door internationale auteursrecht-, handelsmerk- en andere intellectuele eigendomswetten.
De App wordt geleverd "zoals deze is" zonder enige garantie. Wij garanderen niet dat de App foutloos, veilig of altijd beschikbaar zal zijn.
Gescande inhoud: QR-codes en barcodes worden door derden gemaakt. Wij controleren niet en zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud, veiligheid of rechtmatigheid van websites, bestanden of netwerken waarnaar gescande codes verwijzen — bekijk het voorbeeld voordat u iets opent. Productinformatie komt uit de community-database Open Food Facts; wij garanderen de juistheid of volledigheid niet en deze mag niet worden gebruikt voor allergie-, dieet- of medische beslissingen.
SpaceNode is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, incidentele, speciale, gevolg- of punitieve schade als gevolg van uw gebruik van of onvermogen om de App te gebruiken.
Deze voorwaarden worden beheerst door het recht van de Republiek Korea, onverminderd dwingende consumentenbescherming van uw woonland. De app wordt gedistribueerd via de Apple App Store en Google Play; Apple is niet verantwoordelijk voor de app of de inhoud ervan en is derde-begunstigde van deze voorwaarden met het recht deze af te dwingen. Uw gebruik moet ook voldoen aan de Apple Media Services-voorwaarden en de Google Play-servicevoorwaarden.
Wij behouden ons het recht voor om deze Voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen. Voortgezet gebruik van de App na wijzigingen betekent aanvaarding van de nieuwe Voorwaarden.

L'Application propose des fonctionnalités premium optionnelles par abonnement, notamment la suppression des publicités et des fonctionnalités Pro. Les achats sont traités via l'Apple App Store (sur iOS) ou le Google Play Store (sur Android) et sont soumis à leurs conditions générales respectives. Vous pouvez gérer ou annuler votre abonnement à tout moment dans les paramètres de votre compte App Store ou Google Play.
Demandes de remboursement :
Pour permettre un examen équitable des remboursements, nous pouvons fournir à Apple des informations sur l'utilisation réelle de l'abonnement pendant la période de facturation (jours d'utilisation, nombre d'utilisations des fonctionnalités) et l'historique des remboursements, comme décrit dans notre Politique de Confidentialité. Les décisions de remboursement relèvent exclusivement d'Apple.
Renouvellement automatique : Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours ; le renouvellement est facturé sur votre compte Apple ID dans les 24 heures précédant la fin de la période. L'annulation arrête les renouvellements futurs mais ne rembourse pas la période en cours.
L'Application et son contenu original, ses fonctionnalités et ses fonctions sont la propriété de SpaceNode et sont protégés par les lois internationales sur le droit d'auteur, les marques et autres propriétés intellectuelles.
L'Application est fournie "telle quelle" sans aucune garantie. Nous ne garantissons pas que l'Application sera exempte d'erreurs, sécurisée ou disponible à tout moment.

Nous ne contrôlons pas et ne sommes pas responsables du contenu, de la sécurité ou de la légalité des sites, fichiers ou réseaux vers lesquels ils renvoient — vérifiez l'aperçu avant d'ouvrir. Les informations produit proviennent de la base communautaire Open Food Facts ; nous n'en garantissons ni l'exactitude ni l'exhaustivité, et elles ne doivent pas servir de base à des décisions allergiques, alimentaires ou médicales.
SpaceNode ne sera pas responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux, consécutifs ou punitifs résultant de votre utilisation ou de votre incapacité à utiliser l'Application.
Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit de la République de Corée, sans préjudice des protections impératives des consommateurs de votre pays de résidence. L'application est distribuée via l'App Store d'Apple et Google Play ; Apple n'est pas responsable de l'application ni de son contenu et est tiers bénéficiaire des présentes conditions avec le droit de les faire respecter. 本アプリは、広告削除やPro機能を含むオプションのサブスクリプションベースのプレミアム機能を提供しています。購入はApple App Store（iOS）またはGoogle Play Store（Android）を通じて処理され、それぞれの利用規約に従います。サブスクリプションはApp StoreまたはGoogle Playのアカウント設定からいつでも管理またはキャンセルできます。
返金リクエスト：
公正な返金審査のため、当社は請求期間中のサブスクリプションの実際の利用状況（利用日数・機能の利用回数）および過去の返金履歴を、プライバシーポリシーに従って Apple に提供する場合があります。返金の可否は Apple が単独で決定します。
自動更新： サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の少なくとも 24 時間前に解約しない限り自動的に更新され、期間終了前 24 時間以内に Apple ID アカウントに更新料金が請求されます。解約は以後の更新を停止するものであり、現在の期間の返金は行われません。

本規約は大韓民国法に準拠します。ただし、お住まいの国の強行的な消費者保護規定は影響を受けません。本アプリは Apple App Store および Google Play を通じて配布されます。Apple は本アプリおよびそのコンテンツについて責任を負わず、本規約の第三受益者としてこれを執行する権利を有します。利用者は Apple メディアサービス利用規約および Google Play 利用規約も遵守する必要があります。

자동 갱신: 구독은 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신되며, 기간 종료 전 24시간 이내에 Apple ID 계정으로 갱신 요금이 청구됩니다. 해지는 이후 갱신을 중단할 뿐 현재 기간 요금을 환불하지 않습니다.
본 앱과 그 원본 콘텐츠, 기능 및 기능성은 SpaceNode가 소유하며 국제 저작권법, 상표법 및 기타 지적 재산권법에 의해 보호됩니다.

SpaceNode는 본 앱의 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인한 간접적, 우발적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하되, 거주 국가의 강행적 소비자 보호 규정은 영향을 받지 않습니다. 앱은 Apple App Store 및 Google Play를 통해 배포됩니다. Apple은 앱과 그 콘텐츠에 대해 책임지지 않으며, 본 약관의 수익적 제3자로서 이를 집행할 권리를 가집니다. 이용자는 Apple 미디어 서비스 약관 및 Google Play 서비스 약관도 준수해야 합니다.
