By downloading, installing, or using TV Remote · Universal Control ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TV Remote · Universal Control ("the App") is a mobile application that allows users to:

Control smart TVs via WiFi (Samsung, LG, Android TV, Roku, Fire TV, Sony, etc.)
Discover and connect to TVs on the local network
Use touchpad, D-pad, and keyboard input for TV navigation
Launch streaming apps on the TV
Control multiple TV devices from one app
Manage multiple TV devices

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

Not using the App for any fraudulent or illegal activities
Ensuring you have authorization to control the TV devices you connect to
Maintaining a proper WiFi connection for the App to function
Respecting the privacy and rights of others

4. Local Network Access

The App requires local network access to discover and control TV devices on your WiFi network. This access is used solely for communication with your TV and is not used to collect or transmit personal data to external servers.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional subscription-based premium features such as multi-device management, voice search and advanced remote controls. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. To support fair refund review, we may provide Apple with information on whether your subscription was actually used during the billing period (usage days, remote-command count) and your purchase and refund history, as described in our Privacy Policy. Refund decisions are made solely by Apple.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SpaceNode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Trademarks

Samsung, LG, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Sony, and other brand names mentioned in the App are trademarks of their respective owners. TV Remote · Universal Control is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be compatible with all TV models, error-free, or available at all times. TV control functionality depends on the TV manufacturer's protocols and may vary by model.

9. Limitation of Liability

SpaceNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to inability to control a TV device, connection failures, or incompatibility with certain TV models.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Verantwortlichkeiten des Benutzers

Sie stimmen zu, die App nur für rechtmäßige Zwecke und in Übereinstimmung mit diesen Bedingungen zu nutzen. Sie sind verantwortlich für:

Die App nicht für betrügerische oder illegale Aktivitäten zu nutzen
Sicherzustellen, dass Sie berechtigt sind, die TV-Geräte zu steuern, mit denen Sie sich verbinden
Eine ordnungsgemäße WLAN-Verbindung für die Funktionsfähigkeit der App aufrechtzuerhalten
Die Privatsphäre und Rechte anderer zu respektieren

4. Lokaler Netzwerkzugriff

Die App benötigt lokalen Netzwerkzugriff, um TV-Geräte in Ihrem WLAN-Netzwerk zu erkennen und zu steuern. Dieser Zugriff wird ausschließlich für die Kommunikation mit Ihrem Fernseher verwendet und nicht zur Erfassung oder Übermittlung persönlicher Daten an externe Server.

5. In-App-Käufe

Die App bietet optionale abonnementbasierte Premium-Funktionen an, wie Multi-Geräte-Verwaltung, Sprachsuche und erweiterte Fernbedienungsfunktionen. Alle Käufe werden über den Apple App Store abgewickelt und unterliegen den Geschäftsbedingungen von Apple. Erstattungsanfragen sind direkt an Apple zu richten. Zur Unterstützung einer fairen Erstattungsprüfung können wir Apple Informationen darüber bereitstellen, ob Ihr Abonnement während des Abrechnungszeitraums tatsächlich genutzt wurde (Nutzungstage, Anzahl der Fernbedienungsbefehle), sowie über Ihren Kauf- und Erstattungsverlauf, wie in unserer Datenschutzrichtlinie beschrieben. Erstattungsentscheidungen trifft ausschließlich Apple.

6. Geistiges Eigentum

Die App und ihre ursprünglichen Inhalte, Funktionen und Funktionalitäten sind Eigentum von SpaceNode und durch internationale Urheberrechts-, Marken- und andere Gesetze zum Schutz geistigen Eigentums geschützt.

7. Marken Dritter

Samsung, LG, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Sony und andere in der App genannte Markennamen sind Marken ihrer jeweiligen Eigentümer. TV Remote · Universal Control ist nicht mit diesen Unternehmen verbunden und wird nicht von ihnen unterstützt.

8. Gewährleistungsausschluss

Die App wird „wie sie ist“ ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren nicht, dass die App mit allen TV-Modellen kompatibel, fehlerfrei oder jederzeit verfügbar sein wird. Die TV-Steuerungsfunktionalität hängt von den Protokollen des TV-Herstellers ab und kann je nach Modell variieren.

9. Haftungsbeschränkung

SpaceNode haftet nicht für indirekte, zufällige, besondere, Folge- oder Strafschäden, die sich aus Ihrer Nutzung oder Unfähigkeit zur Nutzung der App ergeben, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Unfähigkeit, ein TV-Gerät zu steuern, Verbindungsausfälle oder Inkompatibilität mit bestimmten TV-Modellen.

10. Änderungen der Bedingungen

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der App nach Änderungen gilt als Annahme der neuen Bedingungen.

2. Beschrijving van de Dienst

TV Remote · Universal Control (“de App”) is een mobiele applicatie waarmee gebruikers het volgende kunnen doen:

Smart-tv’s bedienen via WiFi (Samsung, LG, Android TV, Roku, Fire TV, Sony, enz.)
Tv’s op het lokale netwerk ontdekken en verbinden
Touchpad, D-pad en toetsenbordinvoer gebruiken voor tv-navigatie
Streaming-apps op de tv starten
Meerdere tv-apparaten bedienen vanuit één app
Meerdere tv-apparaten beheren

3. Verantwoordelijkheden van de Gebruiker

U gaat ermee akkoord de App alleen te gebruiken voor wettige doeleinden en in overeenstemming met deze Voorwaarden. U bent verantwoordelijk voor:

De App niet te gebruiken voor frauduleuze of illegale activiteiten
Ervoor te zorgen dat u toestemming hebt om de tv-apparaten te bedienen waarmee u verbindt
Het onderhouden van een goede WiFi-verbinding voor de werking van de App
Het respecteren van de privacy en rechten van anderen

4. Lokale Netwerktoegang

De App vereist lokale netwerktoegang om tv-apparaten in uw WiFi-netwerk te ontdekken en te bedienen. Deze toegang wordt uitsluitend gebruikt voor communicatie met uw tv en wordt niet gebruikt om persoonlijke gegevens te verzamelen of te verzenden naar externe servers.

5. In-App Aankopen

De App biedt optionele abonnement-gebaseerde premiumfuncties aan, zoals multi-apparaatbeheer, spraakgestuurd zoeken en geavanceerde afstandsbedieningsfuncties. Alle aankopen worden verwerkt via de Apple App Store en zijn onderworpen aan de voorwaarden van Apple. Terugbetalingsverzoeken dienen aan Apple te worden gericht. Om een eerlijke terugbetalingsbeoordeling te ondersteunen, kunnen wij Apple informatie verstrekken over of uw abonnement daadwerkelijk is gebruikt tijdens de factureringsperiode (gebruiksdagen, aantal afstandsbedieningsopdrachten) en over uw aankoop- en terugbetalingsgeschiedenis, zoals beschreven in ons Privacybeleid. Beslissingen over terugbetalingen worden uitsluitend door Apple genomen.

6. Intellectueel Eigendom

De App en de originele inhoud, functies en functionaliteit zijn eigendom van SpaceNode en worden beschermd door internationale auteurswetten, handelsmerken en andere wetten op intellectueel eigendom.

7. Handelsmerken van Derden

Samsung, LG, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Sony en andere merknamen die in de App worden genoemd, zijn handelsmerken van hun respectieve eigenaren. TV Remote · Universal Control is niet verbonden met of goedgekeurd door deze bedrijven.

8. Afwijzing van Garanties

De App wordt geleverd “zoals het is” zonder enige garantie. Wij garanderen niet dat de App compatibel is met alle tv-modellen, foutloos is of altijd beschikbaar is. De tv-bedieningsfunctionaliteit is afhankelijk van de protocollen van de tv-fabrikant en kan per model verschillen.

9. Beperking van Aansprakelijkheid

SpaceNode is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, incidentele, speciale, gevolg- of punitieve schade als gevolg van uw gebruik van of het onvermogen om de App te gebruiken, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot het onvermogen om een tv-apparaat te bedienen, verbindingsstoringen of incompatibiliteit met bepaalde tv-modellen.

10. Wijzigingen in de Voorwaarden

Wij behouden ons het recht voor om deze Voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen. Voortgezet gebruik van de App na wijzigingen houdt aanvaarding van de nieuwe Voorwaarden in.

TV Remote · Universal Control (« l'Application ») est une application mobile qui permet aux utilisateurs de :

Contrôler des téléviseurs intelligents via WiFi (Samsung, LG, Android TV, Roku, Fire TV, Sony, etc.)
Découvrir et se connecter aux téléviseurs sur le réseau local
Utiliser le pavé tactile, le D-pad et la saisie au clavier pour la navigation TV
Lancer des applications de streaming sur le téléviseur
Contrôler plusieurs appareils TV depuis une seule application
Gérer plusieurs appareils TV

3. Responsabilités de l'Utilisateur

Vous acceptez d'utiliser l'Application uniquement à des fins légales et conformément à ces Conditions. Vous êtes responsable de :

Ne pas utiliser l'Application pour des activités frauduleuses ou illégales
Vous assurer que vous avez l'autorisation de contrôler les appareils TV auxquels vous vous connectez
Maintenir une connexion WiFi adéquate pour le fonctionnement de l'Application
Respecter la vie privée et les droits d'autrui

4. Accès au Réseau Local

L'Application nécessite un accès au réseau local pour découvrir et contrôler les appareils TV sur votre réseau WiFi. Cet accès est utilisé uniquement pour la communication avec votre téléviseur et n'est pas utilisé pour collecter ou transmettre des données personnelles à des serveurs externes.

5. Achats Intégrés

L'Application propose des fonctionnalités premium optionnelles par abonnement, telles que la gestion multi-appareils, la recherche vocale et les commandes avancées de la télécommande. Tous les achats sont traités via l'Apple App Store et sont soumis aux conditions générales d'Apple. Les demandes de remboursement doivent être adressées à Apple. Pour permettre un examen équitable des remboursements, nous pouvons fournir à Apple des informations indiquant si votre abonnement a réellement été utilisé pendant la période de facturation (jours d'utilisation, nombre de commandes de télécommande) ainsi que votre historique d'achats et de remboursements, comme décrit dans notre Politique de Confidentialité. Les décisions de remboursement sont prises uniquement par Apple.

6. Propriété Intellectuelle

La fonctionnalité de contrôle TV dépend des protocoles du fabricant et peut varier selon le modèle.

9. Limitation de Responsabilité

SpaceNode ne sera pas responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux, consécutifs ou punitifs résultant de votre utilisation ou de votre incapacité à utiliser l'Application, y compris mais sans s'y limiter, l'incapacité de contrôler un appareil TV, les échecs de connexion ou l'incompatibilité avec certains modèles de téléviseurs.

10. Modifications des Conditions

Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ces Conditions à tout moment. L'utilisation continue de l'Application après les modifications constitue l'acceptation des nouvelles Conditions.

3. ユーザーの責任

詐欺的または違法な活動に本アプリを使用しないこと
接続するTVデバイスを操作する権限があることを確認すること
本アプリが機能するために適切なWiFi接続を維持すること
他者のプライバシーと権利を尊重すること

4. ローカルネットワークアクセス

本アプリは、WiFiネットワーク上のTVデバイスを検出および操作するために、ローカルネットワークアクセスを必要とします。このアクセスはテレビとの通信にのみ使用され、個人データの収集や外部サーバーへの送信には使用されません。

5. アプリ内購入

本アプリは、マルチデバイス管理、音声検索、高度なリモコン操作などのオプションのサブスクリプションベースのプレミアム機能を提供しています。すべての購入はApple App Storeを通じて処理され、Appleの利用規約に従います。返金リクエストはAppleに直接お問い合わせください。公正な返金審査を支援するため、当社は、請求期間中にサブスクリプションが実際に使用されたかどうか（利用日数、リモコンコマンド数）およびお客様の購入・返金履歴に関する情報を、プライバシーポリシーに記載のとおりAppleに提供する場合があります。返金の決定はAppleのみが行います。

본 앱은 멀티 디바이스 관리, 음성 검색, 고급 리모컨 제어 등의 선택적 구독 기반 프리미엄 기능을 제공합니다. 모든 구매는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리되며 Apple의 이용약관에 따릅니다. 환불 요청은 Apple에 직접 문의하시기 바랍니다. 공정한 환불 심사를 지원하기 위해 당사는 청구 기간 동안 구독이 실제로 사용되었는지 여부(사용 일수, 리모컨 명령 수) 및 귀하의 구매·환불 내역에 대한 정보를 개인정보처리방침에 설명된 대로 Apple에 제공할 수 있습니다. 환불 결정은 전적으로 Apple이 내립니다.
