1. Introduction

SpaceNode ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use Glowmigo - Dynamic Island Pal & Screen Time Guard ("the App").

Glowmigo is designed so that your screen-time information stays on your iPhone. The App has no user accounts, and we do not operate any server that receives the names of the apps or websites you use or how long you use them.

2. Information the App Handles

• Screen Time data: If you grant Screen Time permission, the App uses Apple's FamilyControls, DeviceActivity and ManagedSettings frameworks to set daily limits, focus sessions and the bedtime lock. The apps, categories and websites you select are stored on your device as opaque tokens created by iOS; the App cannot read app names or website addresses from them. Usage durations are measured by iOS and processed only on your device, inside Apple's sandboxed DeviceActivity report extension, to show your limits and weekly report. None of this information is ever sent to us or to any third party — we cannot see which apps you use or for how long.
• Settings and pal data: Your pal choice, your pal's name, accessories, daily limits, focus and bedtime schedules, Strict mode and daily "3 more minutes" status are stored locally on your device (in the App's container shared with its widgets and extensions). They are not uploaded.
• Device state: To animate your pal, the App reads battery level, charging state, whether audio is playing, device temperature state, the time of day and shake gestures on your device. These signals are used in the moment and are not recorded or transmitted.
• Notifications: Heads-up, focus and bedtime alerts are local notifications scheduled on your device. The App does not register for remote push notifications.
• Analytics and crash reports: The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect pseudonymous usage and crash data, such as in-app events (for example onboarding steps, paywall views, purchases and which features are turned on), device model, OS and app version, approximate country, a Firebase app-instance identifier and crash logs. This data never includes Screen Time data, the names of apps or websites you select, usage durations or your pal's name.
• Purchase and subscription data: In-app purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. When you subscribe, the App attaches a random app account token to the purchase. Apple then sends our subscription server notifications about your subscription status (App Store Server Notifications: product, price, currency, storefront country, purchase, renewal and refund dates, anonymous transaction identifiers and the app account token), which we store on Google Firebase to manage subscriptions, keep revenue records and respond to Apple's refund review requests. These records are not linked to your name, email or Apple ID.
• Apple Search Ads attribution: The App checks Apple's AdServices attribution token once to learn whether the install came from an Apple Search Ads campaign (campaign, ad group, keyword, country and dates when available). This result may be linked to the random app account token and subscription transactions described above to measure advertising performance. It contains no personal information and does not use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information described above only to:

• Provide your pal, the Screen Time guard, focus sessions, bedtime lock, widgets and weekly report
• Manage your Glowmigo Plus subscription status
• Understand pseudonymous app usage, fix bugs and improve stability
• Keep revenue records and respond to Apple's refund review requests
• Measure the performance of our Apple Search Ads campaigns

The App shows no ads. We do not sell your personal information, we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and the App does not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt because it does not track.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your Screen Time selections, usage information, settings and pal data stay on your device and are protected by iOS. The only data held on external servers is the pseudonymous purchase, attribution, analytics and crash data described in Section 2, on Google Firebase. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Apple (Screen Time frameworks, ActivityKit, WidgetKit, StoreKit, App Store, AdServices): on-device app limits and usage reports, the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen Live Activity, widgets, subscription purchases and renewals, and install attribution. Apple Privacy Policy

No other third parties receive data from the App.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Glowmigo is a self-management tool, not a parental control app.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Change or remove your limits, focus and bedtime settings at any time in the App
• Revoke Screen Time access at any time in iOS Settings > Screen Time
• Delete all on-device App data by deleting the App
• Turn off notifications and Live Activities for the App in iOS Settings

Depending on your region (including the EU/UK GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA), you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal data we hold, to object to processing, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise any of these rights. Purchase records are retained only as long as needed for accounting and refund-review purposes.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
