Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Glowmigo - Dynamic Island Pal & Screen Time Guard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a mobile application for iPhone that allows users to:

• Keep a pixel-art pal in the Dynamic Island, on the Lock Screen and in widgets that reacts to the phone's state
• Set daily time limits for selected apps, with a heads-up, a reminder or a lock until midnight
• Run focus sessions that lock selected apps with a Dynamic Island countdown
• Lock selected apps at bedtime
• View a weekly screen-time report

3. Screen Time Features and Their Limitations

App limits, focus sessions and the bedtime lock rely on Apple's Screen Time frameworks (FamilyControls, DeviceActivity and ManagedSettings) and require you to grant Screen Time permission. Their behavior is controlled by iOS, and you acknowledge that:

• We cannot guarantee that every app or website will be blocked, that locks or reminders will trigger at an exact moment, or that iOS will not delay, pause or end monitoring (for example after a system update, a restart or a change in Screen Time settings).
• Locks are a self-management aid, not a security control. You, as the person using the device, can remove them at any time by changing or deleting limits, revoking Screen Time permission or deleting the App. The App is not a parental control or medical product.
• Live Activities in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen are ended by iOS after about 8 hours; you can bring your pal back by opening the App.
• You are responsible for keeping access to apps you need for work, safety or emergencies. Do not rely on the App where losing or keeping access to an app could cause harm.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, and not to reverse engineer, misuse or interfere with the App.

5. Glowmigo Plus Subscriptions

The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Glowmigo Plus, available as a weekly plan (with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers) and a yearly plan. Plus unlocks unlimited app limits, any focus length, the weekly report, Strict mode and all accessories. The price is shown in the App Store at the time of purchase and is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed or, if you start a free trial, when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. To support fair refund review, we may provide Apple with information about your purchase and refund history for this app, as described in our Privacy Policy. Refund decisions are made solely by Apple.

6. Apple Standard License Agreement

The App is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms supplement the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA governs. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, characters, features, and functionality are owned by SpaceNode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that it will reduce your screen time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SpaceNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including any consequences of an app being locked or not locked.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
