How to add your logo and business details to invoices
Invoice Dash can reuse your business profile across documents. Set it up carefully once, then review the generated PDF rather than retyping your details on every invoice.
App used in this guide: Invoice Dash ↗
Before you begin
Prepare a clean logo and the business details you intend to publish. Keep personal and business contact information distinct when the invoice will be shared with clients or forwarded to their accounting team.
Step by step
- Open the business profile in Invoice Dash settings.
- Add your business name, contact details and applicable business information.
- Add the logo, signature and brand choices you want to use.
- Create or preview a document and compare the available PDF templates.
Check the result
Check how the logo looks against the page background and whether long addresses wrap cleanly. Review the footer and payment details as carefully as the headline.
Limits and troubleshooting
The current app offers five templates, but changing a design does not validate the underlying information. Do not enter a tax identifier or payment address just to fill a blank field; use the correct details for your business and workflow.
