How to add a payment-link QR code to an invoice
Invoice Dash can include a payment QR code based on payment-link information. The QR code directs a client to the supplied destination; it does not process or confirm the payment itself.

Before you begin
Prepare a payment link from the provider you actually use. Confirm its destination and sharing permissions before placing it on a document that may be forwarded or printed.
Step by step
- Add the payment-link information in Invoice Dash's payment settings or document fields.
- Generate the invoice PDF and locate the payment QR code.
- Scan it with another device and verify the opened destination.
- Share the invoice only after checking the link and the written payment instructions.
Check the result
If the destination requires an amount or reference, check that the client will know what to enter. Test the final PDF or printout, not only the app preview.
Limits and troubleshooting
Do not mark an invoice as paid because someone scanned the code. Confirm the transaction through your payment provider and record the received amount separately. A QR code is a navigation shortcut, not payment evidence.
