How to create your first invoice on iPhone

Invoice Dash turns business details, a client and line items into a PDF invoice. Check the content and total before sharing; generating a PDF does not send it or collect payment automatically.

Before you begin

Prepare the agreed work description, price, client details and payment terms. Requirements vary by location and business, so use the information appropriate to your situation rather than treating an app template as a compliance checklist.

Step by step

  1. Create a new invoice in Invoice Dash and select or add the client.
  2. Add clear line items with quantities and prices.
  3. Review the invoice number, date, currency, due date and payment instructions.
  4. Preview the PDF, then share it through your chosen channel.

Check the result

Check the recipient, arithmetic and outstanding amount. Open the exported PDF to verify that long descriptions and your business details fit the selected layout.

Limits and troubleshooting

If a client requests a correction, preserve a clear record of what changed and follow your own accounting process. The app helps prepare documents; it does not decide which tax or invoice requirements apply to your business.
