How to review income and unpaid invoices in Invoice Dash
Invoice Dash reports help you inspect recorded income, outstanding amounts and client activity over selected periods. Their usefulness depends on complete and accurate document and payment records.

Before you begin
Decide what you want to measure before opening a chart: invoiced work, money received or amounts still outstanding. These are related figures, but they are not interchangeable.
Step by step
- Open Reports in Invoice Dash and select a period.
- Review the displayed income and paid-versus-unpaid information.
- Open client revenue details when you need to examine a customer.
- Compare a sample of the totals with the underlying invoices and payments.
Check the result
Check the date range and currency labels before comparing two views. A weekly result and a calendar-month result can look different simply because their boundaries differ.
Limits and troubleshooting
Reports summarize what is entered in the app; they do not automatically include every bank transaction, expense or external invoice. Use them as an operational view and reconcile with your complete business records before making accounting decisions.
