How to scan paper into PDF Reader Pro
PDF Reader Pro combines camera scanning with PDF viewing and editing. Capture a clear document first, then use the PDF tools on the saved result.

Before you begin
Place the pages in order on a contrasting surface. Reduce shadows and reflections, and flatten the paper as much as practical so text near the binding stays readable.
Step by step
- Open the scanning action in PDF Reader Pro.
- Frame the first page and review the detected edges.
- Continue capturing pages for a multipage document.
- Save the PDF, name it clearly and open it for review.
Check the result
Compare page count and sequence with the originals. Zoom into small text, dates and any handwriting before sharing or adding annotations.
Limits and troubleshooting
Filters and edge correction cannot recover missing corners or text hidden by glare. Rescan a poor page before using merge, signing or other tools, since subsequent editing will not fix an unreadable source image.
