How to place a saved signature on a PDF
PDF Reader Pro lets you create, save and place a drawn signature on PDF pages. Confirm the recipient accepts this type of signature before completing the document.

Before you begin
Use the final version of the PDF and locate every required signature field. Finish any page reordering first so you do not place a signature on a page that will later move or disappear.
Step by step
- Open the PDF and choose the signature tool.
- Create a signature or select one you previously saved.
- Position and size it within the intended field.
- Save, export and reopen the signed document to verify all pages.
Check the result
Check any accompanying name, date and initials fields. The signature should be legible without hiding the text immediately above or below the line.
Limits and troubleshooting
A saved drawn signature is not a certificate-backed digital signing process or proof of identity. If a recipient requires a particular provider, certificate or verification procedure, follow that requirement rather than assuming any visible signature will be accepted.
