About the JPG to PDF Converter

This JPG to PDF converter combines photos of documents, receipts, scans and screenshots into a single PDF file. It is handy when a school, employer or government form accepts PDFs only, or when you need to send many pictures as one attachment.

Phone photos carry rotation data (EXIF); the tool reads it so pages are never sideways, and JPG files are embedded without re-compression, so there is no quality loss. Everything runs inside your browser.

How to use

  1. Tap the box above and select the photos you want in the PDF.
  2. Use the โ†‘ โ†“ buttons to set the page order. The top image becomes page 1.
  3. Choose the page size (Letter, A4 or fit to image), orientation and margin.
  4. Tap Create PDF and the file downloads right away.

Which page settings to choose

SettingBest for
Letter + auto orientationDocuments youโ€™ll print or submit in the US and Canada
A4Documents sent to Europe, Asia and most other countries
Fit to imagePhoto collections and portfolios viewed on screen (no white borders)

Auto orientation places wide photos on landscape pages and tall photos on portrait pages. Each image keeps its aspect ratio and is scaled to fill as much of the page as possible.

How to keep the PDF small

Images are embedded as they are, so the PDF is roughly the total size of your photos. If there is an upload limit, resize or compress the photos first and then create the PDF. iPhone HEIC photos may not open in the browser โ€” convert them to JPG first, or set the iPhone camera to Most Compatible.

FAQ

My photos come out sideways. What can I do?

The tool reads the EXIF rotation data and straightens photos automatically. If a page is still sideways, the image itself is rotated โ€” rotate it in your photo app, save it and add it again.

How many images can I add?

There is no fixed limit. Hundreds of high-resolution photos may run out of memory on a phone, so create several PDFs and join them with a PDF merge tool.

Does converting reduce the image quality?

No. JPG and PNG files are embedded unchanged. Only JPGs with rotation data and WEBP or GIF images are re-saved once during conversion.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF is created entirely in your browser, and your images are not sent anywhere.
